A tune-up that
isn’t just a filter swap.

We’ve all seen the “$49 tune-up” coupons. Tech shows up, swaps the filter, says “you need a new system,” and leaves. We don’t do that. Every Comfort Club tune-up is a real 18-point inspection that takes 60–90 minutes.

Yes. There’s no contract, no early-cancel fee, no “we’ll send a collections agent” language. Email or call and we cancel on the spot. If you cancel before using a tune-up that’s already been pre-paid, we’ll refund it pro-rated.
No. Your 15% (or 20%) member discount applies to every repair, install, or follow-up we do, for as long as you’re a member. Doesn’t stack with promotional discounts.
Total Care memberships transfer with the home, at no charge — it’s a nice closing perk for the buyer. Essential and Comfort Plus stay with you (or you can cancel).
Each unit needs its own membership — but we offer 30% off the second and third units under the same plan. Call us at (813) 555-0199 and we’ll price it out.
