1. Our "Low-Risk" Philosophy & Service Nature

At Teviro AI ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we operate on a unique "Pay After Approval" model for our web design and development services. We build your digital asset on a secure staging link and allow you to fully review, test, and evaluate the product prior to any financial transaction.

All services provided by Teviro AI are digital and intangible in nature. Once delivered and approved, they are considered consumed and non-returnable. Because we grant our clients this unprecedented level of transparency and full inspection rights prior to payment, all payments made to Teviro AI are considered strictly non-refundable. By approving your staging site and remitting payment, you legally acknowledge that the deliverables have been received, inspected, and accepted.

2. Website Deployment Fees & Final Acceptance

The initial Deployment Fee (the one-time cost of building your digital asset) is subject to the following terms:

  • Time Limit for Complaints: Any concerns, revision requests, or functional issues regarding the delivered project must be raised prior to formal approval. Once approved, the project is deemed fully accepted.
  • Strictly Non-Refundable: Once you have provided written approval (via email, message, or formal sign-off) of the staging link and the Deployment Fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Buyer's Remorse: Because you are given the opportunity to inspect the exact final product before paying, claims of "buyer's remorse," "change of mind," or "the website isn't what I expected" are invalid grounds for a refund.
  • Pre-Payment Rejection: If you review the staging link and are completely dissatisfied, you are under no obligation to pay the Deployment Fee. You may simply walk away. In this event, Teviro AI retains 100% ownership of all designs, code, and assets, and the staging link will be destroyed.

3. TeviroAI Care Plus Subscriptions (Hosting & Maintenance)

Our Care Plus subscription plans cover essential infrastructure, including hosting, CDN routing, and your monthly asset updates.

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel your Care Plus subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit a written cancellation request to hello@teviroai.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription halfway through your billing cycle (whether monthly or annual), you will retain access to the services and hosting until the end of that paid period.
  • Post-Cancellation Handover: Upon the conclusion of your final paid billing cycle, Teviro AI will package your website files (HTML, CSS, images) and transfer them to you for independent hosting, as outlined in our Master Services Agreement.

4. Project Abandonment ("Ghosting")

To maintain the efficiency of our engineering team, client communication is critical.

If a project is delayed by the Client for more than thirty (30) days during the staging or revision phase without written notice, Teviro AI reserves the right to archive or terminate the project.

If the Client abandons the project after paying the Deployment Fee but before the site is migrated to their live domain, Teviro AI will package the files and send them to the Client. The project will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be granted for the Client's failure to launch.

5. Third-Party Costs

Teviro AI is not responsible for, nor can we refund, payments made to third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Domain name registration or renewal fees.
  • Third-party premium plugin licenses or API usage fees.
  • Web hosting fees outside of our Care Plus network.
  • Ad spend or marketing budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms.

6. Secure Payments, Chargebacks, and Disputes

We urge our clients to communicate openly with us. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team to resolve it directly.

  • Payment Processor Compliance: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). Teviro AI does not store, process, or retain your full credit card or banking details directly on our servers.
  • Good-Faith Resolution: The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback with their credit card provider or bank without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly with Teviro AI.
  • Breach of Contract: Because our services require explicit approval prior to payment, any unjustified chargeback initiated after the Deployment Fee has been paid constitutes a material breach of our Master Services Agreement.
  • Action Upon Chargeback: In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Teviro AI reserves the right to immediately suspend all services, take the live website offline, and pursue the recovered funds, along with all applicable administrative and legal fees, through a collections agency or legal action.

7. Discretionary Exceptions

Teviro AI reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any such exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions, nor does it establish a precedent for other clients.
