We Keep A Short List

If you're a master electrician, an estimator with five-plus years on the residential service side, or a lighting programmer with Lutron certification — please introduce yourself. We're rarely actively hiring but we always read these.

How We Work

A Few Things To Know.

Small crew, real ownership of the work, slow growth, no franchise pressure. If you've been burned by churn-and-burn shops, this is a different model.

40 Hours, Mostly

Overtime exists, especially for commercial fit-outs. We don't run a constant grind. Most weeks are 40, occasional 50.

One Truck, Your Truck

Take-home van, your name on it. You're responsible for it. You also don't waste an hour every morning loading.

Mentorship Is Real

Marcus answers the phone after-hours on tough troubleshooting calls. Eli does Saturday Lutron training.

Path To Master

If you want to pull your master ticket, we'll structure your hours and shifts to get you there. Three of us have walked that path.
