What We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address (if provided), project type, urgency, and any notes you include. When you call the dispatch line, we may take notes in our scheduling system. We don't run analytics scripts on this website. We don't set advertising cookies.
How We Use It
Solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform work, send you invoices, file warranty records, and remain reachable for future service. We do not share your information with marketers, lead-generation services, or any third party other than payment processors and inspectors as required to complete the work.
Server Logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent) for up to 14 days for operational reasons. After 14 days the logs are deleted automatically.
If you subscribe to our quarterly field-notes email, we use Buttondown to deliver it. Your email lives in our Buttondown list and nowhere else. You can unsubscribe with one click from any issue.
Retention
Active client records are retained for the duration of the warranty period plus two years for tax purposes. Inactive inquiry submissions that don't become projects are deleted after 18 months.
Your Rights
Texas residents may request a copy of the information we hold about them, request corrections, or request deletion. Email studio@voltsync.work with "Privacy request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't intended for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
