Residential
If your home was built before 1985, there's a 60% chance the breakers protecting it have been quietly recalled or de-rated. We replace tired Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Pushmatic, and Challenger panels with modern 200A or 320/400A services — including all permit handling and Austin Energy coordination. Power is out for four to six hours during the swap, scheduled around your day.
Commercial
Restaurants, boutique retail, medical, and small offices on the central Austin corridors. We handle 3-phase distribution, transformer placement, panelboards, branch wiring, and low-voltage coordination with mechanical and IT trades. Permit drawings are prepared in-house against the 2023 NEC and submitted through the City of Austin EBS portal.
EV Charging
We install hardwired Level 2 charging for single-family homes (most commonly Wallbox, Tesla Wall Connector, or ChargePoint Home Flex). For two-vehicle households on 200A services, we configure dynamic load-sharing so you don't have to upgrade your service. For commercial properties we plan banked installs with networked authentication and OCPP back-end integration.
Lighting
We collaborate with architects and interior designers on layered residential lighting schemes — programmed in Lutron RadioRA 3, Athena, or Vantage InFusion. We provide reflected ceiling plans, fixture schedules, dimming compatibility matrices, and full keypad engraving lists. We meet you on site at framing so cans land in the right places.
One truck per day is reserved for service calls — replacements, troubleshooting, fixture installs. Up-front flat pricing, no surprises.
