4,800 sq ft custom home rough-in
Type L copper manifold, 11 fixtures, Rinnai RU199iN tankless, hot-water recirculation, basement utility stub. Passed inspection first pass.
1920s bungalow polybutylene swap
80 years of galvanized and polybutylene replaced with Type L copper. Three days on site, no damage to original trim work.
Restaurant kitchen rough-in
750-gallon Schier grease interceptor, three-compartment prep sink, mop sink, hand-wash, code-compliant venting. Health Dept approved first pass.
Chapel Hill ranch — full repipe
2,400 sq ft ranch. Removed polybutylene, installed Uponor PEX-A manifold, Rinnai RU180iN tankless with recirc loop, new PRV. Done in 4 days.
Primary bath plumbing rough & trim
New Moen Voss fixtures, TOTO Drake II toilet, freestanding tub valve rough, in-wall carriers, and rerouted vent to clear the new vanity location.
Rinnai tankless conversion
Replaced dual 50-gallon tanks with a single Rinnai RU199iN. Resized the gas line, ran new concentric venting, added recirc pump.
Sewer line — pipe-bursting
90 feet of 4-inch clay sewer replaced with HDPE via pipe-bursting. Two days on site, two small access pits, lawn fully restored.
800 sq ft ADU rough-in
Detached accessory dwelling unit. Separate 1-inch water service, on-demand recirc, gas service for range & tankless water heater.
