Role 01 · Field

Field Technician

Full-time · starts April 2026

GA structural pest applicator's license or willingness to obtain within 90 days (we sponsor). You'll run a route of residential and heritage properties, log monitoring data, perform mechanical and targeted treatments, and write thoughtful visit summaries. Background in biology, environmental science, or trades work helpful, not required.

Pay & benefits

Base	$22–$28 / hour DOE
Overtime	Time-and-a-half over 40 / week
Truck	Take-home company van, fuel card
Health	BCBS GA PPO, 80% employer paid for employee
Certifications	QualityPro paid · ACE sponsorship after 24 months
Tools	$800 / year tool allowance
PTO	15 days + 8 paid holidays

If you're an Associate Certified Entomologist, a Board Certified Entomologist, or a restoration/preservation specialist who has worked with pest management as part of a building program — please introduce yourself. We rarely have openings outside the listed role but we keep notes for the next one.

How we work

A few things to know.

Small firm, real training, calm work. If you're tired of running 14 stops a day for a franchise, this is a different model.

Six routes per day

Not twelve. We schedule for thoughtful work, not call volume. Most days end on time.

Real training

Imogen runs Wednesday morning training on a current species or technique. Two hours, every week, paid.

Path to ACE

We sponsor Associate Certified Entomologist certification at 24 months tenure. It's career-changing. We pay every cent.

One territory

You'll work the same neighborhoods every quarter. Clients know your name. Most of them are happy to see you.
