Termite

Subterranean termite IPM.

Coastal GA is high-pressure for subterranean termites. Reticulitermes flavipes is the species we treat most often. We do not pre-treat with liquid termiticide; we install a Sentricon network and monitor.

DetectionAnnual visual + moisture survey, supplemented by Sentricon Always Active stations
Active colony responseConfirmed activity triggers a written treatment plan: targeted liquid application at conducive areas, ongoing station monitoring
ChemicalTermidor SC (fipronil) or Premise (imidacloprid) — directional, sub-slab when accessible, never prophylactic
WDIR lettersAvailable for real-estate transactions, same-day with advance notice
RenewalAnnual renewal at flat rate, includes re-treatment for any active colony detected during contract period
Commercial

Hospitality, food, healthcare — continuous protocols.

Twelve visits a year. Compliant pest logs that survive AIB and SQF audits. Communication with board-of-health on request.

Boutique hospitality

Bedbug canine inspections monthly. Climbing-bedbug intercept protocols on all guestrooms. After-hours service windows.

Food service

FDA & ServSafe-friendly documentation. Drain treatments, gel baits in identified harborage, no liquid sprays in food zones.

Healthcare

Mechanical & bait-only protocols. Patient-area exclusion. Coordinated with infection-prevention staff.

Storage & distribution

Loading-dock perimeter, dock-leveler exclusion, pallet sanitation guidance. AIB-Excellent log standards.

Wildlife

Exclusion first.

Squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rats. We seal entry, install one-way exclusion devices, and verify by camera. Bait stations only for confirmed rat pressure, lockable, anti-coagulant only.

SurveyRoof, soffit, crawl, attic access mapping with photographs
Exclusion hardware1/4" hardware cloth, copper mesh at gas penetrations, expanding foam for irregular gaps
One-way devicesSquirrel one-way exits, bat valves (after maternity-season window), raccoon traps where legal
Verification30-day post-exclusion infrared and game-camera monitoring
RodenticideOnly at confirmed rat pressure, in locked tamper-resistant stations, anti-coagulant single-feed only
Mosquito & tick

Source reduction before chemistry.

A property with standing water and overgrowth will defeat any chemical regime. We start by fixing the conditions; chemistry follows only at confirmed pressure.

Source survey

Standing-water inventory, drainage assessment, leaf-litter recommendations, written report.

In2Care stations

Aedes-targeting lure stations placed at known oviposition sites. Effective for 4 weeks; serviced monthly.

Tick drag surveys

Spring and fall yard surveys for tick presence. Identifies harborage and informs targeted treatment if needed.

Targeted barrier

Only at confirmed pressure or planned events. Lambda-cyhalothrin or bifenthrin, narrow band, no whole-yard treatments.

Begin

A survey is the first conversation.
