Standard terms for the website and for engaging our services. The full program contract is delivered separately on engagement.
Website use
You may use this site for personal and business research. Don't scrape or republish content without permission. Don't submit false information through the contact form.
Survey and estimates
Property surveys ($185) produce a written report and program proposal. The proposal is binding for 60 days. Material changes to property scope after engagement (additions, change of use) may adjust pricing with written notice.
Scheduling and cancellations
Scheduled program visits cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be billed at full visit price (the truck is on route). We will reschedule once at no charge if you call within 48 hours. Repeated cancellation may result in our recommendation to switch firms.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access during scheduled visits, pets safely contained or out, and access to monitoring station locations. If site conditions on arrival prevent service (locked perimeter, blocked stations, undisclosed major remodel), we may reschedule.
Payment
Program services billed quarterly or monthly per the engagement agreement. À la carte work billed on completion. Past-due invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days.
Re-entry & safety
Pesticide applications observe label re-entry intervals. We post written notice at treated areas. Clients are responsible for keeping pets and children clear during posted intervals.
Warranty

Licensing & insurance
Carrière Preservation Services, LLC dba Aegis Pest Preservation operates under GA Structural Pest Control License #SP-7842. Principal: Dr. Imogen Carrière. General liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence (Cincinnati Insurance). Pesticide liability: $1,000,000 aggregate. Workers' compensation in force.
Disputes
We try to resolve disputes directly. If we can't, claims are venued in Chatham County, GA, and governed by GA law. Either party may elect non-binding mediation before suit.
Limitations
Maximum aggregate liability limited to the value of services performed under the active contract, except where our insurance addresses claims separately.
