We collect what we need to do the work. We respect the discretion clients expect for landmark and high-profile properties.
What we collect
For inquiries: name, phone, email, property address (if provided), reason for contact, and any notes you include. During engagement: property survey reports, monitoring data, photographs, and treatment records. We do not run third-party analytics on this site. We do not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver service, document for warranty and program records, send reports, and remain reachable for future visits. We do not share client information with marketers or lead-generation services.
Confidentiality of property records
For heritage and high-profile clients, property identification is excluded from marketing materials by default. The case examples on this site appear only with explicit written client consent. We do not name clients in any external communication without permission.
Photographs
Survey and treatment photographs are retained for the client file and warranty term plus seven years. We do not publish photographs in marketing without written consent.
Server logs
Standard web-server logs (IP address, page, timestamp, user agent) for up to 14 days for operational reasons. Then deleted.
Your rights
GA residents may request a copy of records we hold, request corrections, or request deletion (subject to record-retention obligations under GA pesticide regulations). Email office@aegispreservation.co with "Privacy request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13.
