twelve crew, one phone.
We started in 2014 with one truck and one number that always rings someone real. Twelve years and 2,000+ Charlotte homes later, that part hasn't changed.
Our story
It started with one bad weekend.
In 2013, our parents' basement flooded during a storm. The restoration company that showed up never explained anything, billed twice what they quoted, and left the work half-done.
Our brother Mike — a structural engineer — looked at the bill, looked at the receipts, and said "we can do this better." A year later, he and his two brothers launched VaporDry with a simple promise: we'd run it the way we'd want someone to treat our parents.
Today we're twelve people, three trucks, and a small climate-controlled warehouse. We still answer our own phone.
