We talk to adjusters
so you don't have to.

Most of the time, this is the part homeowners dread. We've done 2,000+ claims in Charlotte. We know what your carrier wants and how to give it to them.

Carriers we work with

Preferred vendor for 11 of them.

"Preferred vendor" means the carrier has reviewed our process, our pricing, and our paperwork — and they're comfortable with us on their claims. You can still pick anyone you want, but it usually speeds things up.

What we do

The paperwork side of restoration.

Documented from minute one

Arrival photos, moisture maps, drying logs, contents inventory — every job, every day. Same file you get, your carrier gets.

Xactimate estimates

Industry-standard line-item estimates in the format your carrier already uses. Less back-and-forth, fewer denials.

Direct adjuster calls

If your adjuster has questions, they call us. If we have questions, we call them. You stay out of the middle.

Direct billing

For most carriers we bill direct. You pay your deductible and that's it. No paying us, then chasing the carrier.

Honest answers

The questions everyone asks.

Should I file a claim before or after I call you?

Call us first. We can usually be on-site faster than you can sit on hold, and we can help you decide whether it's worth filing. Small jobs sometimes aren't.

Will my premium go up if I file?

It might — depends on the carrier and your history. Most policies allow one claim every few years without a rate change. We'll be honest about whether your job is small enough to skip the claim.

What if my carrier denies the claim?

Common reasons: long-term leak (not "sudden and accidental"), maintenance issue, or missing documentation. We help you appeal. If the denial sticks, we work out a private-pay rate that won't break you.

Do I have to use the carrier's "preferred contractor"?

No. North Carolina law gives you the right to choose your own restoration contractor. The carrier can recommend, but they cannot require.

What's my deductible?

Check your declaration page — the amount is right at the top. Most water-damage deductibles in NC run $1,000–$2,500. We can help you read the page if you want.

Got a claim question?

Call us — even before you call your carrier.

Five minutes on the phone usually answers everything.
