You'll show up on jobs, run extraction equipment, set up drying, and document the work. We'll train you on IICRC WRT, ASD, and AMRT — paid, on the clock. NC driver's license required; restoration experience not.
You'll answer the phone, schedule crews, talk to adjusters, and keep the documentation tidy. Restoration experience preferred; we'll train the rest.

IICRC, NORMI, OSHA — we pay for it, you take the time on the clock to study and test. Even outside our scope (mold inspector, hygienist), if it makes you better, we help.
We don't run 6-day weeks. Mon–Fri is the rule, on-call rotates fairly, holidays are paid double. Family comes first; we live that.
