How it works

From the first call to a fully dry home.

Eight steps. Most jobs wrap inside a week. Here's exactly what happens, in order, with no surprises.

1

You call. We pick up.

Average pickup: 12 seconds. We ask a couple of quick questions, tell you what to do right now (often: shut the water main, move stuff off the floor), and dispatch a crew.

2

We arrive in ~1 hour

Marked truck, named techs, shoes off, drop cloths down. No drama. We walk the affected area with you and explain what we're about to do.

3

Stop & document

If water is still coming in, we stop it. Then we photograph everything for the claim file. This is also when we call your insurance if you haven't yet.

4

Extract the water

Truck-mounted vacuums pull standing water. We map every inch of moisture with thermal cameras and Tramex meters so nothing hides behind a wall.

5

Dry the structure

Fans, LGR dehumidifiers, and cavity drying. We aim to dry in place — saves you thousands in rebuild. Daily moisture readings, every morning.

6

Daily text updates

Every evening, you get a text with photos and tomorrow's plan. If anything changes, you know before we knock.

7

Verify it's dry

Final moisture reading. If it's mold, a final air sample. We don't leave until materials are back to equilibrium moisture content.

8

Hand off the file

Full PDF — photos, scope, moisture logs, Xactimate estimate — sent to you and your adjuster. Repairs can start the same day if you want.

No surprises

What we'll never do.

Show up in unmarked vans

Every truck is wrapped, every tech has a name tag and a polo. You'll know exactly who's in your house.

Quote a price then change it

If scope changes mid-job we tell you before the work, with photos and a revised line item. Your adjuster sees the same.

Push a rebuild contract

We don't rebuild. We'll send you to three contractors we trust if you want one — no kickback to us.

Leave equipment running "to be safe"

If readings say it's dry, the fans come out. We don't pad days for the invoice.
