Mold remediation

If verified-clean mold returns to a remediated area within 5 years from the same source, we re-remediate at no charge — including testing.

Lifetime

Structural drying

If we sign off on a dry-out and you later find we missed moisture in materials we worked on — we come back, re-dry, and document. As long as you own the home.

Workmanship

Anything we installed (containment, antimicrobial, sealants) — if it fails inside a year, we replace it. No quibbling, no service-call fee.

What the warranty doesn't cover

We want to be honest about edges — most "we don't cover that" small print in this industry is buried in 8-point footnotes. Ours fits on a page.

  • New water events. If a new leak or storm puts water back in the same spot, that's a fresh job — call us back, we'll usually give regulars a discount.
  • Damage we explicitly recommended against fixing. If we suggested replacement and you opted to keep the material, we can't warrant that piece.
  • Acts of God beyond water. Fire, mechanical failure of new appliances, etc.
  • Cosmetic work we didn't do. Drywall, paint, flooring — we don't install those. Talk to your rebuild contractor.
  • Mold from a new uncorrected moisture source. If we remediate, you know about the roof leak, and you don't fix the roof — that's not on us.

How to file a warranty claim

Call the regular dispatch line: (704) 555-3942. Have your original job number handy (it's on your invoice and PDF report). We'll get someone out within 72 hours for non-emergency follow-ups, same day if it's urgent.

The legal fine print

This warranty is in addition to your rights under North Carolina consumer protection law. It does not limit any statutory rights. Disputes are handled via a five-day mediation process before any other action; if that fails, we're happy to use the Mecklenburg County Small Claims Court.

Bottom line: we want you to be the kind of customer who calls us again, refers your neighbor, and leaves us a real review. The warranty is part of how we earn that.
